Toronto to Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania - $891 CAD roundtrip including taxes | gateway to Zanzibar

SWISS and Air Canada have dropped the price of their flights from Toronto to Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania down to $891 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
They are battling it out with KLM, who has dropped the price of their flights to Tanzania down to $910 CAD roundtrip.
This is about 25% below the typical best roundtrip prices from Toronto to Dar Es Salaam.
Some dates also have just 1 stop each way. At least, according to the SWISS website. When you view these flights on other search engines, it appears that there are 2 stops on the way there, and 1 on the way home.
It costs about $35 to $50 USD to take the ferry from Dar Es Salaam to gorgeous Zanzibar (shown in the photo above).
On KLM, you can turn this into a '2-continents-in-1' trip, for about $15 more. Fly from Toronto to Amsterdam (non-stop), spend time in Europe, then fly from Amsterdam to Tanzania, spend time there, and fly back home to Toronto - all for just $925 CAD including taxes for all 3 flights. Update 2/27 - There are now dates in January and February 2018 available starting at $891 CAD roundtrip on SWISS.
KLM is also battling with SWISS on these prices, and offering them for around $910 CAD roundtrip on similar dates between October 2017 and February 2018.

Try searching for a flight like this:
Toronto (YYZ) to Amsterdam (AMS)
Amsterdam (AMS) to Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania (DAR)
Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania (DAR) to Toronto (YYZ)
As for dates to use, try using Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday dates between Jan 14 and Feb 20 as your start and end dates.
You can play around with the middle date to give you more or less time in Amsterdam or Tanzania.
