UPDATE @ 4:44 PM - It looks like United has put the flights to Phoenix back up to $360.
UPDATE 2 @ 11:37 PM - Ok, now they're back down to $160 again! Apparently United is just toying with us.
It looks to have affected a very large date range, on a ton of flights between April 2013 and as far away as February 2014.
The easiest way to explore which dates are available is using Google Flights Explorer and then click through to United from there.

Google Flights Explorer will only display flights up to September 2013 though. For dates beyond that, try a 3-day flexible date search on Kayak around the dates you're interested in.
It's impossible to say how long this price will stick around, as it's not an advertised fare, and United Airlines could decide to put them back up at any time.
