I've created a spreadsheet that lists every non-stop ('direct') flight from Toronto to somewhere with a beach, sorted by the number of hours it takes to fly there.
The spreadsheet also lists the airlines and the days of the week you can find the direct flights on each airline. It is focused on flights that operate in the late fall and winter.
And yes, there is a difference between a non-stop flight and direct flight. But pretty much everyone, outside of the travel industry, uses the word 'direct' to mean a flight with zero stops.
In the same spreadsheet you can also find the same info for all other major cities in Canada, which might help with planning trips alongside friends or family members in different cities.
The Spreadsheet

NOTE:
Depending on your browser, Google Sheets may start you off in the wrong worksheet (Calgary). You may need to click on Toronto (YYZ) at the top or bottom of the spreadsheet.
You should see a list of different Canadian cities to choose from at the top or bottom of the spreadsheet.
Make sure you are looking at the correct origin city.
Flights from Hamilton, Kitchener, London, and Windsor are listed in the same worksheet as 'Toronto' (scroll down below the Toronto flights).
Things It Might Be Useful For
• If you live in the Toronto area there are over 60 destinations with a beach that you can reach with a direct flight. Meanwhile someone living in Winnipeg or Halifax has about 12 such options.
So if you're looking to coordinate a beach vacation with a friend or family member that lives somewhere else in Canada you may want to start by looking at the available destinations from the city with the least number of options.
Or, those same friends and family may be able to find a connecting flight through Calgary or Vancouver (if they live in Western Canada) or through Toronto or Montreal (if they live in Eastern Canada).
Tell them to try searching from their city using the same days of the week that the airlines fly from those major hub cities. This will give them the best chance of finding a 1-stop flight.
• If you're looking into package deals, such as all inclusive packages, those packages will have direct flights on the same days shown in this spreadsheet.
For example, if Air Canada has direct flights on Thursdays, you'll be able to find an all inclusive package with Air Canada Vacations on a Thursday that also has direct flights.
The same goes for WestJet / WestJet Vacations. And Air Transat / Transat Vacations.
Notes For 2023
• The biggest shakeup this year is courtesy of WestJet. Their acquisition of Sunwing, as well as shutting down Swoop, means that certain routes don't exist this year, or they've been turned into WestJet operated flights.
• The two notable new routes for this season are Air Canada's flights to Fort-de-France, Martinique (FDF) and WestJet's flights to Bonaire.
