Toronto to Hong Kong - $488 CAD roundtrip | non-stop flights

Air Canada is showing flights from Toronto to Hong Kong for $488 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are non-stop both ways.
NOTE: Travellers who are not Hong Kong permanent residents are excluded from Hong Kong at this time. Hong Kong permanent residents are permitted to travel to Hong Kong from Canada. Canada is in the group B high risk countries of origin as designated by the Hong Kong government.
Quarantine requirements for Hong Kong permanent residents arriving from Canada are :
21 days hotel quarantine for those unvaccinated or partially vaccinated
14 days for those fully vaccinated (designated hotel quarantine at your expense)
Update @ 5:23 PM EST - These seem to have disappeared from Google Flights. I get the feeling these may have been an Air Canada price error, and they've quickly pulled the fares. I can still see them on Kayak, but clicking through to Expedia no longer works (the price jumps).
