Air Canada has dropped the price of a few flights from Toronto to Liberia, Costa Rica down to between $154 and $224 CAD roundtrip including taxes!
The flights are non-stop both ways.
There's just a few date combinations available, so this will likely sell out very quickly.

2. Search for a flight from Toronto to Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR)
Try the following date combinations:
Mar 26 to Apr 2 -- $154
Mar 30 to Apr 6 -- $154
Apr 2 to Apr 9 -- $254
Apr 6 to Apr 13 -- $224
Apr 9 to Apr 16 -- $224
