WestJet is showing non-stop flights from Toronto to London, UK for $312 to $390 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
It's possible these are a mistake fare, so they could be gone within minutes. Do not book anything else for at least 48 hours until it is certain that your ticket has been issued by the airline.
Update 5/16 - I've been hearing from people across Canada that GoToGate has been issuing these tickets just fine, and they've even verified their bookings with WestJet to confirm that all is well.
There are also flights from Toronto to Paris, France (CDG) in October for $370 CAD roundtrip (see update below)

How to find and book this deal
1. Start with a Google Flights search like this one:
Google Flights: Toronto to London, UK
- click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view and browse for cheap date combinations
- look for the dates that are $704 CAD roundtrip or less
2. Go to the Momondo UK website
- Search for a flight from Toronto (YYZ) to London (LON)
- Use the same dates you found on Google Flights
On the Momondo UK website, the price will be significantly cheaper. It should show up at around 221 British Pounds roundtrip, which works out to $390 CAD roundtrip when booked with a Canadian credit card.

There are also flights from Toronto to Paris, France (CDG) in October for $370 CAD roundtrip

2. Search for a flight from Toronto (YYZ) to Paris, France (CDG)
Try one of the following date combinations:
Oct 11 to Oct 18 -- 225 GBP / $401 CAD
Oct 15 to Oct 21 -- 208 GBP / $370 CAD
Oct 18 to Oct 25 -- 208 GBP / $370 CAD

Toronto to Dublin, Ireland can also be worth trying, I've seen some as low as $313 CAD roundtrip, but they have long layovers.
1. Go to the Momondo UK website
2. Search for a flight from Toronto (YYZ) to Dublin, Ireland (DUB)
Try one of the following date combinations:
Jun 13 to Jun 19 -- 176 GBP / $313 CAD (22 hour layover in Newfoundland)
Oct 8 to Oct 20, 21, 25 -- 219 GBP / $390 CAD (half day layover in Newfoundland)
Oct 16, 17 to Oct 21, 23, 25, 27 -- 221 GBP / $394 CAD (half day layover in Newfoundland)
