Delta is showing some highly unusual unadvertised price drops from Toronto to Mumbai (Bombay), India in October at the moment.
If you've ever closely watched airfares to India, you'll know that they never seem to go on sale or drop much below their typical bottom price of $1250-$1350.
To find them, have a look on Google Flights Explorer...

From there, you can click through to Delta for booking. The price is currently verifying on Delta.com, but unadvertised Delta price drops have a tendency to go back up at any moment.
