The December 5-12 flight to Varadero, Cuba has dropped to $147 roundtrip after tax.
Nope, it's not a mistake, there have been a few of these unbelievably cheap 'no tax' fares lately.

Update 11/27: Another one, Toronto to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - December 10-17 - $147 roundtrip after tax. Works for more than one person.
Update @ 6:02 PM - Found another one, Toronto to Montego Bay, Jamaica - December 6-13 - $147 roundtrip after tax. Works for more than one person.
Update @ 3:35 PM - Toronto to Aruba (AUA) has dropped to $147 roundtrip after tax, November 28 to December 05. Works for 1 person only.
Update @ 10:37 AM - Wow, another one! Nov 29 to December 6th, Toronto to San Jose del Cabo, Mexico (SJD) is $97 roundtrip after tax!
Update @ 10:02 AM - And now there's one to Nassau, Bahamas (NAS) for $147 roundtrip after tax. December 5-12.
And there's one to Punta Cana (PUJ) for $97 roundtrip after tax, but only works when you search for 1 person.
Update @ 9:29 AM - There's another one to Cayo Coco, Cuba (CCC) from December 4-11, $147 roundtrip after tax, but that one only works if you search for 1 person.
Crazy.
